Chris Brown puts all Rihanna reunion rumors to rest with new tattoo

Now, I will admit that I thought (and still do think) that C.B. and Rihanna would get back together. Chris apparently set these rumors to rest with his latest tat of his girlfriend. He does realize that this dies not guarantee a long term relationship or marriage right? I hope so, but this was still an overly stupid decision in my opinion. I currently have 4 tat's myself and always said that the only names that I would get tatted on me are names of people whose positions could never change such as parents and kids. All in all it is his decision take a look at his new tat below:

I will simply say that I hate the tat and I think it is utterly stupid. Im cool with tats seeing as how I currently have 3 myself, but on the face? Really? Ice cream? To each it's own but I personally think it is beyond stupid. What do you all think about this?
