(New Music) Mya Ft. Sean Paul - 'Rear View Mirror'
Im glad to hear Mya again as she prepares for the release of her upcoming album "K.I.S.S." (Keeping It Simple & Sexy) due to be released in Japan on April 20th. I like this song because it is a track to get you moving in the club and it makes you want to whine back and gring all around.
Listen to 'Rear View Mirror' below:
(New Music) Killer Mike Ft. Young Jeezy - Go Out On The Town'
This track has a down south gangsta feel to it. I honestly like this track because I keep playing it.
Listen to 'Go Out On The Town' below:
(New Music) Diddy-Dirty Money - 'No Ordinary Love'
Here is a track the Diddy dropped upon Dirty Money's first night of their "Coming Home" tour. The song heavily samples Sade and her song by the same name. Did one of Sade's songs really need to be touched? This song is not bad but I honestly feel that it was not needed.
Listen to 'No Ordinary Love' below:
(New Music) Bei Major Ft J. Cole - 'Trouble'
This song is soo bland and boreing. There really is not much more to say about it.
Listen to 'Trouble' below:
(New Music) Fabolous Ft. Ne-Yo, and Ryan Leslie - 'Look At Her (Killin' 'Em Part 2)'
Fab teams up with Ne-Yo and Ryan Leslie on the very smooth remix to 'You Be Killin' 'Em'. I like this track and the collab with the trio.
Listen to 'Look At Her (Killin' 'Em Part 2)' below:
(New Music) Jermaine Dupree & Da Brat - 'Look At Me Now (So So Def Remix)'
This remix is PURE HOTNESS to say the least. Ok, so I have not heard from Da Brat in a long time but she ripped this track with her flow.

Rihanna speaks with Ryan Secrest about S&M Remix with Britney Spears
I know I was suppossed to post this the other day but I got caught up with other things. However, below Rihanna speaks with Ryan about several topics and you can listen to the intire radio interview below.
(New Music) Chipmunk Ft. Trey Songz - 'Take Off'
The British rapper teams up with another American artist on 'Take Off' from his upcoming album "Transition" due to be released in the U.K. this upcoming Monday April 18th. This track has a beat that I really like with the percussion.

Beyonce shoots new music video for upcoming track 'Girl'
For all of you salivating for her return then im here to inform you that it is coming very soon so you can calm down.
(New Music) Jill Scott Ft. Anthony Hamilton - 'So In Love'
I really like this song because it is the epitomy of old school R&B. I kinda got a late 70's feel from this track.
Listen to 'So In Love' below:
(New Mixtape) Tyga - "Black Thoughts 2"
(New Mixtape) Blaqstarr - "Blaqstarr The Mixtape"
(New Music) Young Jeezy Ft. Lil Waynw - 'Ballin'
Yea, im really feelin this track. This track is a head rocka and club banger.
Listen to 'Ballin' below:
(New Music) Aubrey O'Day - 'Automatic'
This is a really pop infused track but it is not bad for her debut single from her as of yet untitled debut album. With us in the early springtime I honestly think this will be a good club song for the summer.

(New Music) Eve Ft. Rihanna - 'Man Down (Freestyle Remix0
Eve is doing alot to let herself be known prior to the release of her next album. This remix is not bad. Pretty Good even.
Listen to 'Man Down (Freestyle Remix)' below:
(New Music) New Boyz Ft. Big Sean - 'I Don't Care'
Now im assuming they are old enough to be giving all of this on wax. I actually like the song tho.
Listen to 'I Don't Care' below:
(New Music) Nick Cannon Ft. Sade - 'Pearls (Letter To Unborn Children)'
I think this is a very meaningful song as Nick talks to his unborn children.
Listen to 'Pearls' below:
(New Music) Rihanna Ft. Britney Spears - 'S&M (Remix)'
I like this remix. Did not expect Britney to hop on this track but I am in no way surprised that she did.
Listen to the 'S&M (Remix)' below:
(New Music) Chris Brown - 'Treading Water'
Here is an finished track from the yet untitled follow-up to "F.A.M.E." due to be released later this year. I like this track by what I have heard so far but whew, 2 albums in 1 year Breezy? I figure that 1 of 2 things are happening. He is either trying to rush albums to end his contract with Jive Records or he is attempting to rebuild his image / reach a larger fanbase.
Listen to 'Treading Water' below:
(New Music) Lloyd Banks - 'Getting To It Mandatory'
Ok, maybe it is just me but that did not sound like Lloyd Banks. I know I have not heard him in awhile but to me it did not sound like him at all.
Listen to 'Getting To It Mandatory' below:
(New Music) Ester Dean - 'Take You To Rio'
Now, I cannot say that this track fully grabs my attention but it is not bad at all. Ester sings over a very nice island type beat. This is a track you listen to when getting ready to go to the beach.

(New Mixtape) Terrance Williams - "Loudmouth 2: Campus Adventures At MSU"
It is funny because I was just about to ask Terrance when the mixtape was dropping when I came across this. You can preview and download the sequel to 2010's "Loudmouth" here.
