(New Music) Boyz II Men - "Ladies Man"

I know it's been awhile but this track caught my attention. The old school doo-wop sounds along with their ever so commonly known harmonies were a good match. I think that this is a good lead single from their upcoming album "Under The Streetlight". I still miss the 4 part harmonies that they used to have, but this is not bad.

I recently heard this track and just had to share. So, it turns out that the former member of Destiny's Child for her little 5 month stint in the group really can sing. I like her smooth vocals on this track.

(New Music) Dionne Warwick ft. Ne-Yo - "A House Is Not A Home"

 

I honestly did not know that Dionne originally recorded this track back in 1964. I always thought that Luther Vandross was the first back in the 80's, but Dionne created a remake of her previous hit with the help of fellow R&B singer Ne-Yo for her upcoming album "Feels So Good" due to be released July 1st, 2014. I of course love this song because it was one of the songs that I heard often as a kid by Luther.

(New Music) Danity Kane ft. Tyga - "Lemonade

After a decent wait time and the belief that they were broken up forever DK returns with a new single titled "Lemonade" which samples "Grindin'" by the Clipse. This track is clearly a summer jam, as I play this song it gives me this real club like and relaxed feeling. It is overall a good track and Tyga didn't dissapoint either.

(New Music) Jazmine Sullivan ft. Meek Mill - "Dumb"

 

I know that a lot of people have been waiting for her return and she is finally back with a new single. In this track Jazmine sings about her man who isn't doing her right in the relationship. She goes on to explain that she is not dumb to think that he isn't doing her wrong. Meek Mill comes in to explain that she knows the he knows that he ain't right.

Overall I like this track and if it isn't already, I think that it could be a good lead single for a album.

I like the original and you know that R. Kelly had to hop on the remix, but overall I like the remix.

(New Music) J Staffz - 'Pretty Little Things'

I really like this song due to the fact that it is a mid-tempo ballad. The song goes on to tell a story about how J feels about his girl and how she is beautiful without all of the pretty little things.

(New Music) J Staffz - 'She's A Keeper'

Now in all honesty I was unsure if he would sing or rap on this track but he ended up singing on the track. The song overall is decent. On this track he sings about his feelings for his girl and how he meets her. He goes on to explain that she is so good to him that unlike his girls in the past that she is a keeper.

(New Music) JoJo - 'Demonstrate'

 

I will simply say that JoJo continues to impress me vocally. This track has a real smooth and laid back feel to it. This track is a definite mid-tempo and relaxing song. Just listening to it will put you in that laid back type of mood.

(New Music) J. Holiday - 'Sign My Name'

J. Holiday is back with a new song. Since his 2007 hit song 'Bed', he was somewhat low on the radar but he is now back with a new look getting rid of the cornrows. This song can put people in a relaxed mood with his smooth vocals. I like the song overall.

(New Music) Justin Bieber - 'Die In Your Arms'

In all honesty I had no interest in Justin's musicuntil late last year when it started to SLOWLY grow on me, and it still is. This song is not bad at all with the 70's R&B vibe that it has going on. Now I am a fan of 60's and 70's R&B music so that might play a part in me personally liking this song, however putting that aside I do believe that it is a decent track. Not the best, but not bad at all either.

(New Music) Trina - 'I'm Back (Back To Business)'

Trina reminds everyone on this track who she is, and that she is back. I really feel that this is a good summertime / party / club track.

(New Music) Robin Thicke - 'Top Of The World'

I was kinda shocked to hear Robin rapping on this song. This in no way hinders the song because his flow is pretty good. I like the song overall, but at the same time I do not want Robin rapping on the regular. This song also has that smooth jazz feel to it.

(New Music) Chris Brown - 'One More Time'

It is good to hear more of a R&B sound from CB. In my opinion, this song is pretty good. The song has a slight soothing feeling to it and somewhat reminds me of Usher back in his strictly R&B days.

(New Music) Ken Dahl - '2nd Virginity'

Ken Dahl drops some decent rhymes on this one. I like the song overall and the uptempo thumping beat also. This is a mos def club banger and also the type of track that you can thump in your car.

(New Music) J.Lo Ft. Flo Rida - 'Goin' In'

This song starts off giving the impression that it will be a mid-tempo track and then it switches it up to a dance / uptempo pop flow. However, I am not really impressed by this song. The song just does not seem like a hit song to me. However, I do feel that it would be a cool pop / club-heavy song to play in a club that caters to the type of crowd.

(New Music) Kirko Bangz Ft. Chris Brown - 'That Pole (Remix)'

This is a really sexually charged song where Kirko Bangz and Chris Brown sing about how their ladies are in love with and not scared of "that pole". In my opinion, this would be a good song for female strippers to perform to.

(New Music) Deanna - 'Work It'

This is a cool uptempo popish club type of track. The song is not bad at all, however my only thing about the song that I am not fully fond of is the length. As it currently stands, the intro takes up nearly a third of the song. I personally feel that the song would fair better with either a shorter intro or just lengthier overall.
