RichGirl re-records 'Lay You Down' by Lloyd and places it on their debut mixtape "Fall In Love With RichGirl" set for a Valentines Day release. I honestly think that the rap was unnecessary but their vocals and harmonies are not bad.

Lloyd pays homage to some of the leading ladies such as the late Teena Marie, Aretha Franklin, and Patti LaBelle on this song. Lloyd samples 'Love, Need, Want You' by Patti. Overall I honestly believe that this is a very respectable song and I like it.
